Senior Chore Services Program is funded through generous contributions from our partners.   The Senior Chore Services Program is designed to assist senior residents with daily home maintenance chores that the senior:

The Senior Chore Services Program assist seniors with the following types of services:   

To qualify, a senior must:

Be at least 60 years of age or older

Live in the county the coupons are distributed in

To apply for Senior Chore Services you will need copies of the following documents:
Picture identification
Social security cards for everyone in the household
Income Tax Records - Employment Check
Stubs for employees - UNEMPLOYMENT STUBS -Social Security Award Letter - DHS/FIP Award Letter -W-2's and/or any other income documents

Is physically unable to perform
Does not have anyone else in the home to perform the services
Cannot afford to pay someone to perform the services
Minor Home Repairs, such as:  screen repair or replacement, caulking windows & doors

Maintenance & Upkeep, such as:  lawn clean-up - raking - mowing, clean-out garages and porches to remove fire and health hazards

Security and Safety Installations which include:  window and door locks, smoke detectors, and testing for carbon monoxide/radon

Be at least 125% of poverty or lower

Income Verification for the Last 12 Months for all household members, such as:
