Muskegon - Oceana Community Action Partnership, Inc is proud to partner with Love, INC to make the Infant Safety Cribs Program available to Muskegon County Residence.  This program was designed to reduce the infant mortality rate of babies.  The most recent data provided by the U.S. Census Bureau states that Michigan ranks 13 overall in infant mortality deathes and the percentage of deaths per 1,000 newborns ages 0-1 years old is 7.9% for our state.  We are proud to be working towards reducing this rate within our cities, counties and state.
